A dry Rosé!
Normally with St. Croix we soak the grapes with the skins before pressing out the juice to create a nice deep red color. With this wine we pressed the grapes right after harvesting to create this Rosé.
When drinking this new Rosé we recommend using a Bordeaux red glass. This glass will enhance the candy nose of tootsie rolls and caramel. It also places the wine on your palette to bring forward the berry, strawberry, and hints of raspberry flavors.
